We want to sincerely thank all those involved in the SIAM @ Purdue Student Conference 09. We had 14 posters, and 20 speakers representing 15 different departments. It really was quite the success thanks to all the students. We also want to thank both Dr. Buckius and Dr. Pothen for there forward looking talks. They provided a wonderful open and close to all of the student talks.
We hope to get the results back for the Best Speaker and Best Poster awards really soon now. If you attended and didn’t get an email asking you to judge the talks you attended, please email conference@purdue-siam.org . We want to count everyone’s opinion.
